HOW TO ENROLL AT EDWIN MARKHAM MIDDLE SCHOOL

If you recently moved to the area and are looking to enroll at Edwin Markham Middle School, please visit the attendance office anytime during open office hours, 7:30-3:30 Monday through Friday.

You will need the following documents:

Proof of Age (A Birth Certificate, or Passport)

Proof of Address (A current Utility Bill, gas, water, power, or rental agreement. Telephone bills or a driver’s license will not be accepted as "Proof of Address.")

Immunization Record

Transcripts (Checkout grades from previous school are required for appropriate placement.)

MISIS Student Transfer Form (For incoming students from other LAUSD schools only)

Parent/Legal Guardian Identification

I.E.P. or 504 Plan (If applicable must bring a copy of the current plan.)
The enrollment process can not be completed if any of the documents mentioned above are missing.
